Hi. I'm Stanly Jeong
I am a UI/UX designer with over a decade of experience in video game industry.
Currently, I'm living in Vancouver with my family.
I'm a gamer.
I fell in love with video games when my dad bought me an IBM PC compatible. I played "The Secret of Monkey Island" on a green screen, and it was fantastic experience that changed my life. Nowadays, I enjoy a diverse range of video game genres from mobile to console and RPG to sports.
I'm a transformer.
I began my career in the gaming industry as a 3D artist before transitioning to game design. As a game designer, my primary goal was to ensure players had a fun and positive experience with my games, which naturally led me to a career in UI/UX. While this transition may seem random, my underlying objective has always been the same: to make players happy.
I'm a learner.
Technology continuously inspires and revitalizes the video game industry. That's why I'm committed to learning new programs and experimenting in my free time, particularly with prototyping in Unreal Engine.
I'm a team player.
Throughout my journey from startups to large corporations, I've experienced diverse team environments. The most crucial lesson I've learned is that creating video games is undoubtedly a team effort.
